Guests under the age of 16 need a parent signature on our consent form anyone over the age of 16 may sign their own name.
No extra space is available in the room for a guest, but they are welcome to sit outside in the waiting room.

A credit card or debit card is required to secure your appointment, but the transaction is done after the service.
Please book your appointment with us at your previous appointment or soon after in order to get the 2 to 3 week fill.
If you don’t see any times that work for you, please email or message us with the subject “working after hours” and we will find something that works for you.
Please come in with clean lashes, no products on them.

No-shows are a 100% charge fee.
No-shows are considered 30 minutes late or more.
We only allow 10 minutes in between clients, so anything more than 10 minutes late you will be charged $10 and we will only be able to work on you in the remaining amount of time.
Anything more than a 24 hour is no fee, but anything less than 24 hours is a $50 charge fee and anything less than 10 hours of the time of your appointment is a 75% charge of the scheduled service
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before time of appointment or you will be charged full service as this will be considered a no show

After receiving your lash extensions, you have 48 hours to let your lash tech know about any concerns about length, fallout, and fullness. After that you will need to book a fill to address any issues.
Anything after 21 days with no fill is considered a full set.
Foreign films are accepted, but with a $10 charge fee.

If you decide you would like to upgrade to the next set up (Exp: Classic to Hybrid, etc.) it will be a one time $10 upcharge.
If you decide you would like to upgrade 2 sets up (Exp: Classic to Volume, etc.) it will be a one time $15 upcharge.
It is a standard $30/ 30 minutes for removals. (Occasionally when removing extension sets from another lash artist we don’t know what we are getting into until you are able to lay down and we can assess what the situation may be, giving the appropriate time to make sure you leave in the best lash health possible!)
